If you’re looking for a place to exercise and hang out with the girls, “Body and Soul Fitness” is the place!

Come join us in room 49/51 at the church Monday and Friday mornings at 7:30 a.m. for a work-out that includes interval training, strength training, cardio, walking, stretching and more. A variety of exercise videos are used to motivate and guide us. All the while we chat, share life stories, recipes, laughter, encouragement and support. No one is too young or too old! Prayer time on Fridays and optional coffee/breakfast at Bonfatto’s after the Monday morning work-out provide a time to grow spiritually and mentally. You need not be a member of Faith Church or make a long-term commitment to participate.
